2020 ECG Spring Fling (Virginia Beach, VA)

The 2020 ECG SPRING FLING is a sanctioned USA Weightlifting meet in Virginia Beach, VA. This event is scheduled for one day, but a second day may be added based on registration. Sessions will be scheduled based on totals and both men and women. 

Session 1: Youth boys and girls (possibly two sessions based on registration)

Session 2: Lower total women

Session 3: Lower total men

Session 4: Higher total women

Session 5: Higher total men

The final schedule will be posted closer to the event but will follow the above outline. As registration rolls in we will update this section as quickly as possible.

*We reserve the right to close individual sessions and/ or change times of sessions as we deem necessary to run a successful meet.

Apparel: A weightlifting singlet is required all lifters as this is a sanctioned meet.

Top 5: Male and Female Open Division

Top 3: Male and Female Master Division

Top 3: Male and Female Junior Division

Top 3: Male and Female Youth Division

Best Overall Male and Female Lifters

**you qualify for medals based on the division that you register for, i.e. if you want to compete as a master AND in the open division you must register for both**

We will have vendors and food for sale! There will also be raffle prizes, contests for spectators, and a trunk or treat for the kids!! (more details to follow)

*There are no refunds for this event so please be sure you can attend before you sign up. Tickets are transferable.
