The 2021 ECG SPRING FLING is a sanctioned USA Weightlifting meet in Virginia Beach, VA. This event is scheduled for one day, but a second day may be added based on registration. Sessions will be scheduled based on totals and both men and women.
Session 1: Youth boys and girls (possibly two sessions based on registration)
Session 2: Lower total women
Session 3: Lower total men
Session 4: Higher total women
Session 5: Higher total men
