ECG All-in Training Camp and Casino Night

The ECG All-in Training Camp and Casino Night is a weekend long training camp with the coaches of East Coast Gold Weightlifting! Camp is an opportunity to learn from the best and train hard. You will push yourself to the limits with 5 training sessions in 3 days. Adding to the fun this year, we will be hosting a Casino Night charity event to help raise money for ECG.

ECG is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that works to provide support and funding to our national level athletes as they travel to national and international competitions. Our organization is committed to strict standards of drug free excellence that have elevated us to the largest, most successful weightlifting team in the country.

Training Camp Information:

Schedule

Friday: Session 1, 6-8:30pm

Saturday: Session 2, 9-11:30am and Session 3, 1:30-4pm

Sunday: Session 4, 9-11:30am and Session 5, 1:30-4pm

Training camp includes proper instruction and hands-on coaching of the snatch, clean and jerk, and their respective variations; along with warm-up drills, mobility techniques, and more.

All athletes who register for the full camp weekend automatically receive admittance into the Casino Night charity event. This includes raffle tickets and play money to be used throughout the evening, and a meal voucher for food from Mission BBQ.

Casino Night Information:

All proceeds go to East Coast Gold Weightlifting, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, to help support our athletes and provide funding for them to compete on the national and international stage.

Saturday August 3rd, 6-9pm

A night out to try your luck in roulette, craps, and black jack!

This event is open to the public! You do not need to attend camp in order to attend the event. Tickets are being sold separately to the event. $20 online and $30 at the door!

An admission ticket allows you entry into the event, raffle tickets for door and specialty prizes, and play money to be used throughout the night. Raffle tickets from prize buckets will be drawn throughout the evening and big ticket items will be raffled at the end of the event. Sponsors for the event include Uesaka Barbell, Third Pull Apparel, Strong Strong Supply, LiftGenie Tape, Caffeine and Kilos, and more! The more tickets the better your odds of winning!!

Meal vouchers for Mission BBQ can be pre-purchased for $6 or bought at the event for $10.

It is a long and exciting weekend full of learning, laughs, and great lifting!
