About the event
This event is open to anyone interested in learning and/or improving their clean technique.
The focus will be on specific movements that we use to emphasize certain portions of the lift. Then, we will attempt to carry those over into the full movement at the end.
It will be high energy, with a lot of laughing and learning! All of our coaches will be on hand to give a ton of feedback and 1 on 1 attention throughout. This clinic will be coached by Phil Sabatini, Brenden McDaniel, Nicole Foley, and Zoe Sutherland.
