ECG Fall Brawl and VA State Championships

The ECG Fall Brawl and VA State Championships is a sanctioned USA Weightlifting meet in Virginia Beach, VA. This event is currently scheduled as a one-day event. However it will shift to two-days if needed! Sessions will be scheduled based on totals unless there are enough registrants in each weight class. You do not need to be a resident of Virginia in order to compete. Athletes who are registered through USAW with a Virginia state address will automatically be added into the State Championship competition.

Session 1: Youth boys and girls (possibly two sessions based on registration)

Session 2: Lower total women

Session 3: Lower total men

Session 4: Higher total women

Session 5: Higher total men

The final schedule will be posted closer to the event but will follow the above outline. As registration rolls in we will update this section as quickly as possible. *We reserve the right to close individual sessions and/ or change times of sessions as we deem necessary to run a successful meet.

Awards Fall Brawl (if applicable):

Will be based on overall Sinclair per division

**you qualify for medals based on the division that you register for, i.e. if you want to compete as a master AND in the open division you must register for both**

VA State Championship Awards: 

Top 3 awarded via weight class and division.

There will be a VA State Men's and Women's Team Awards 

Best Male and Best Female lifter

Apparel: A weightlifting singlet is required all lifters as this is a sanctioned meet.

This event will be livestreamed.
