ECG Lifts for L'Abbe Training Camp

The Training Camp is a weekend long camp with the coaches and national lifters of East Coast Gold Weightlifting! Camp is an opportunity to learn from the best while getting a chance to train along side the Nationals Squad as they prep for USAW American Open in December! You will push yourself to the limits with 5 training sessions in 3 days. It is a long and exciting weekend full of learning, laughs, and great lifting!

Friday evening: 1 session

Saturday: 2 sessions

Sunday: 2 sessions

This training camp is very special to the ECG family. Stephen, 21 years old, has been an integral part of East Coast Gold’s family over recent years having lifted in multiple National Championships, American Open Finals, and sweeping Silver across the board in his last Junior National Championships in 2018.

In early July 2020, Stephen was diagnosed with Chronic Eosinophilic Leukemia, a very rare disease, especially for someone of his age. Treatment began immediately, in which Stephen responded very well, and will most likely continue treatment for the rest of his life.

A portion of the proceeds from athlete registration will be donated to help Stephen. We will also be hosting a fun social on Saturday night with raffle prizes, corn hole and spike ball tournaments with buy-in's to enter and more. All the proceeds collected on Saturday evening will go directly to help support Stephen. More details for Saturday evening will be available as they come.
