About the event
The Training Camp is a weekend long camp with the coaches and national lifters of East Coast Gold Weightlifting! Camp is an opportunity to learn from the best while getting a chance to train along side the Nationals Squad as they prep for USAW American Open in December! You will push yourself to the limits with 5 training sessions in 3 days. It is a long and exciting weekend full of learning, laughs, and great lifting!

This training camp is very special to the ECG family. Stephen, 21 years old, has been an integral part of East Coast Gold’s family over recent years having lifted in multiple National Championships, American Open Finals, and sweeping Silver across the board in his last Junior National Championships in 2018.
