About the event

The ECG National's Training Camp is a weekend long camp with the coaches of East Coast Gold Weightlifting! Our nationals team will be there in preparation for Vegas and are excited to throw down some big weights with everyone! You do not need to be attending nationals in order to participate. This camp is open to the entire weightlfiting community. Lifters of all ages and levels are welcome!

Friday 8/13

Check-in at 5:00pm 

Session 1: 6:00pm start 

Saturday 8/14

Session 2: 10:00am start

Session 3: 2:00pm start

BBQ Hang out (dinner provided for all registered athletes)

Sunday 8/15: 

Session 4: 9:00am start

Session 5: 1:00pm start
