About the event
This event is open to anyone interested in learning and/or improving their snatch technique. And just in time for the upcoming annual Spring Fling weightlifting meet!
The focus will be on specific movements that we use to emphasize certain portions of the lift. Then, we will attempt to carry those over into the full movement at the end.
It will be high energy, with a lot of laughing and learning! All of our coaches will be on hand to give a ton of feedback and 1 on 1 attention throughout. This clinic will be coached by Phil Sabatini, Brenden McDaniel, Connor West, and Rachel Clemmer.
