About the event
The ECG Spring Fling is a sanctioned USA Weightlifting meet in Virginia Beach, VA. This event is currently scheduled as a one-day event. However it will shift to two-days if needed! Sessions will be scheduled based on totals unless there are enough registrants in each weight class.

Session 2: Lower total women
Session 3: Median total women
Session 4: Median total men
Session 5: Higher total women
