About the event
The ECG Spring Fling is a sanctioned USA Weightlifting meet in Virginia Beach, VA. This event is currently scheduled as a one-day event. However it will shift to two-days if needed! Sessions will be scheduled based on totals unless there are enough registrants in each weight class. The first session will likely start at 8:00 AM with a 6:00 AM weigh in.
The final schedule will be posted closer to the event but will follow a two hour block for each session. As registration rolls in we will update this section as quickly as possible with the final schedule and willl email it out. *We reserve the right to close individual sessions and/ or change times of sessions as we deem necessary to run a successful meet.
Awards:
Will be based on overall Sinclair per division
Top 3: Male and Female Open Division
Top 3: Male and Female Master Division
