ECG Spring Fling (Virgnia Beach)

The 2022 ECG SPRING FLING is a sanctioned USA Weightlifting meet in Virginia Beach, VA. This event is scheduled for one day. Sessions will be scheduled based on totals for both men and women. 

Session 1: Lower total women

Session 2: Lower total men

Session 3: Moderate total women

Session 4: Moderate total men

Session 5: Higher total women

Session 6: Higher total men

The final schedule will be posted closer to the event but will follow the above outline. 

*We reserve the right to close individual sessions and/ or change times of sessions as we deem necessary to run a successful meet.

Apparel: A weightlifting singlet is required all lifters as this is a sanctioned meet.

Awards:

Top 5: Male and Female Open Division

Top 3: Male and Female Master Division

Top 3: Male and Female Junior Division

Top 3: Male and Female Youth Division

Best Overall Male and Female Lifters

**you qualify for medals based on the division that you register for, i.e. if you want to compete as a master AND in the open division you must register for both**

We will have vendors for sale! There will also be raffle prizes for spectators and athletes, as well as swag packs and a meet t-shirt for all competitors.

*There are no refunds for this event so please be sure you can attend before you sign up. Tickets are transferable.
