About the event

The Training Camp is a weekend long camp with the coaches and national lifters of East Coast Gold Weightlifting! Camp is an opportunity to learn from the best while getting a chance to train along side the Nationals Squad as they prep for USAW American Open in December! You will push yourself to the limits with 6 training sessions in 3 days. It is a long and exciting weekend full of learning, laughs, and great lifting!
