A High Volume Strength program written by Phil Sabatini to gain a high stimulus in the Competition Lifts and strength movements. This program is 5x a week and you will be pushing the limits weekly with built-in rest days/weeks to give you what you need to not only get strong, but Sab-Strong!
Phil is the President and Associate Head Coach of East Coast Gold Weightlifting. He holds a Master's Degree in Sports Sciences, and is a Senior Lecturer at Old Dominion University, specializing in Anatomical Kinesiology and Strength and Conditioning. Phil is also a Nationally top-ranked Weightlifter in the 96kg class, and is a former National Champion, American Open Champion, and 3x Team USA member. Has finished on the podium in over 15 Senior National Events and has been ranked in the Top 10 in the US for almost a decade!
