Service Description
WHAT IT IS Our drop-in option is designed for experienced Olympic weightlifters who feel confident training independently. Whether you're visiting from out of town, new to the area, or just want to train with us for a day, this option gives you access to our facility during coaching hours. This is best suited for lifters who already understand the snatch, clean & jerk, and strength programming and do not require in-depth technical instruction. WHAT TO EXPECT • Access to the gym during coaching hours • A structured, focused training environment • The ability to follow your own program • Coaches present on the floor for general oversight and support Coaching hours are: Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM *After-hours access is available to gym members but this is not offered for drop-ins. All visitors must exit the facility by the end of coaching hours. WHAT TO KNOW If you're interested in becoming a member, our free Intro to Weightlifting session is the best place to start — even for experienced lifters. Every athlete, regardless of experience level, begins with our introduction program so we can assess movement, align on standards, and integrate you into our system properly. WHAT TO BRING • Your training shoes (weightlifting or sneakers) • Comfortable workout clothes • A water bottle • Your current program (if you have one) NEXT STEPS 1. Reserve your Drop-In session on our website. 2. Complete the online waiver prior to arrival. 3. Arrive during coaching hours and check in with a coach. Train hard.💪
