Intro to Weightlifting Session WHAT IT IS This is a beginner-friendly introduction to Olympic weightlifting that anyone can book — no experience required. Whether you’re brand new or looking to refine your technique, this session gives you hands-on coaching in a supportive, structured environment. You’ll learn the fundamentals of the snatch, clean & jerk, and foundational strength lifts while being guided through Day 1 of our introduction program. WHAT TO EXPECT • A guided dynamic warm-up • Technical breakdown and progressions for the snatch • Technical breakdown and progressions for the clean & jerk • Foundational strength work • Accessory exercises to build stability and confidence • Hands-on coaching and real-time feedback You’ll leave with better movement awareness, more confidence under the bar, and a clear next step if you choose to continue training.
