The ECGWL mission is to provide anyone with the opportunity to participate, according to their abilities, in competitions at the local, state, national, and international levels. Bronze- This programming is 4 days/Week and each month the next phase is delivered right to your email inbox.Each day includes variations of the competition lifts, strength exercises, and auxiliary movements.
Silver- Includes Bronze Level Package Programming PLUS access to the East Coast Gold Weightlifting Video Library! This extensive video library provides quick how to videos for each technique.
Gold- Includes all the benefits of the Bronze & Silver Level Package Programming PLUS access to the ECGWL Private Facebook Group. The Private Facebook Group grants you to access to ECGWL coaches and the Gold members community.
Totten Trained- A Preparatory Strength Program written by Leo Totten with a focus on Positional Strength in the Competition Lifts and General Strength movements. You will be following specific percentages that compliment the other movements in the program to emphasize your development weekly as only USAW Hall of Fame Coach Leo knows how! This program is 4x a week.
SAB-Strong- A High Volume Strength program written by Phil Sabatini to gain a high stimulus in the Competition Lifts and strength movements. This program is 5x a week and you will be pushing the limits weekly with built-in rest days/weeks to give you what you need to not only get strong, but Sab-Strong!
Competition Prep- 5 Week & 5 Times Week- The Final Peak to get you ready for your upcoming competition! Whether it’s a National meet or a local qualifier, you will be ramped up and tapered so you are ready to PR on the platform! This particular program is 5x a week.
